Here is the wiring diagram and picture. Motor is connected to common terminal ”B”. And normally open terminal“C” is connected to positive wire. Normally closed terminal “A” is connected to negative wire.

After finishing wiring, we switch on power. The LEDs of “Power”, “Ready” and “Link” are on one by one. We begin to operate.

There are 3 modes in common use. They are toggle, momentary and latched. But we usually use momentary for motor controlling.

The relay will start working after the receiver gets the signal, so the device controlled by the receiver will start working.

But many customers always are confused about control mode of the receiver. Here we will learn the difference about the momentary, toggle, latched and multiple control mode.

In order to meet different applications’ needs, working control mode of receiver is usually divided into momentary, toggle, latched and multi-mode control mode. Popularly said, momentary mode is equivalent to light touch switch, toggle mode is equivalent to the light switch, latched mode is equivalent to the fan gear switch and multi-mode is the mix of momentary, toggle and latched modes.

Momentary control mode

Press and hold -> On; Release -> Off.

Momentary mode means that when you press and hold the button of transmitter, the relay will start to work and when you release the button of transmitter, the relay will stop working. This control mode can be set to control rolling blind, rolling door and so on. You need to press and hold the button of remote to make the blind or door open/close.

Customer: I am interesting of buying one dc 12v receiver and one transmitter with the higher actual distance, the working distance should at least be 500-1000m. I want with one transmitter to control this receiver which is used to control my garage light. I want also only momentary and when I press and hold the button, the light turns on until I release the transmitter’s button and when I release the button of transmitter, my garage light will turns off. Set the 1 channel momentary control mode DC receiver as an example. Toggle mode is used most often. Controlling lamp, for example, press the button of remote, turn on the lamp; press the button again, turn off the lamp. It can turn on multiple lights/motors/doors at the same.

Latched Control Mode

Control mode Latched: Press -> On, another relay Off; Press another button -> Off.

Latched control mode means that when you press the button of transmitter, the relay will start to work and when you press another button, the relay will stop working. For relay group, only one relay will be on at a time, e.g. press remote button A, relay A will be on, and relay B will be off; press remote button B, relay B will be on, and relay A will be off. To be more specific, when you control the lamp by latched mode, you should prepare at least two buttons remote. Press button A, the lamp is on; press button B, the lamp is off. In the following, we set latched control mode of 1channel receiver, 2 channels receiver and 4 channels receiver as examples.

  1. Latched Control Mode for 1 Channel Receiver

Customer: Do you have a receiver that have the following features: when I press the first button of the transmitter, the lamp will turn on and when I press the second

button of the transmitter, the lamp will turn off. The receiver should be AC 110V. The working range is within 1000m.

We recommend him the latched control mode AC110V 1 channel kit . Connect the lamp to the receiver and press the button 1 of the transmitter, the relay of the receiver will start working and the lamp will turn on and press button 2 of the transmitter, the relay will stop working and the lamp will turn off.

  1. Latched Control Mode for 2 Channels Receiver

Customer: I have a need for a long distance remote control application. In a remote area I need to set up 2 calling light systems. But the two lights can’t be

Long range remote control well pump

We are looking for a wireless remote switch for our well pump at our cabin and I am wondering if one of your products could fit our needs. So quickly, our cabin is situated about 3/4 km from our water well pump. It’s pretty hilly and has trees in the way too. There is electricity at the pump head and right now we have to manually flick a on/off switch at the pump which is filling up the cistern in the house. Difference between traditional two-way switch and new electrical touch two-way switch

Generally speaking, two-way switch controls one light from two locations: for example, the long hallway could have a switch at each end to control one hall light. Or a large family room that has two entrances could have a switch at both entrances to operate one overhead light. A two-way switch allows you to turn on the light conveniently when you enter an area rather than stumble through the dark to find the switch.
Now we are going to talk about the difference between traditional two-way light switch and new electrical touch two-way switch. First of all, let’s see what are traditional two-way switch and new touch two-way switch.
Traditional two-way switch has a single pole double throw configuration (SPDT). Each has a common terminal (COM) with a pole that can be switched between position L1 or L2. As diagram below shows, the live wire is connected to Switch1, and flow to the lamp through L1 and Switch2. The other side of the load is then connected to neutral wire. When both Switch1 and Switch2 are at ON position, the lamp will be ON (see the picture on the left). If Switches1 or Switch2 is at OFF position, the lamp will be OFF (see the picture on the right).

As diagram below shows, new electrical touch two-way switch has four terminals respectively for light (L1), live wire, neutral wire and communication line A. When wiring the switch, both two switches must be connected with live wire and neutral wire. Communication line A must be connected between two switches; so the operational information of one switch can be transmitted to another switch. The output of any one switch should be connected to the light. Touch softly the icon on any one switch surface, the light will be ON; touch again the icon on any one switch surface, the light will be OFF. (See picture below)

So what are the differences between traditional two-way switch and new electrical touch two-way switch? Using traditional two-way switch, switches should be connected with live wire. While for new touch two-way switch, switches must be connected with both live wire and neutral wire. And communication line A must be connected between two switches. Traditional switch controls only one light; new switch can control one light, or two lights, or more lights as well. (See diagram below) Easy to bad contact, high failure rate and inconvenient to use are the main defects of traditional switch.
